We were assigned the task of increasing sales for Taupo Bungy through the medium of social media. We were given full control over the posting schedule, content creation, budget allocation and execution. There was no strategy in place before we took over the social media marketing for Taupo Bungy so we had a blank canvas to work with and got to work straight away on a 6 month plan.
The majority of our work with Taupo Bungy has focussed on social media marketing, in particular Facebook and Instagram. We have also provided a number of insights into competitors and the current level of SEO on the Taupo Bungy website.
We have implemented a number of strategies across Facebook and Instagram targeting both the FIT (frequently in transit) and domestic market. We sourced organic content and distributed this across both social platforms, encouraging conversation through brand awareness as well as direct call to actions through strategies aimed at increasing web traffic through social.
Stand Out Campaign
One of our first campaigns we launched for Taupo Bungy was the promotion of a discounted day for locals. We sat down and discussed how the campaign would look and more importantly the capability behind it. This involved working out the cost on the day, timings, creatives and budget. We reached 19k locals from just this one post on Facebook and Taupo Bungy had their most successful locals day to date financially.
